All rooms are fitted with a climate-controlled air conditioning system. Please note that balcony doors are fitted with energy savers and air conditioning will not work if your balcony doors are open.
Additional supplies such as washing powder, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper are available from reception. Please note your room will be serviced daily and these items will be refreshed during this service.

You must be connected the the in room WiFi to access the Chromecast. Refer to in-room instructions to access or call Front Desk for information. All Chromecasts are programmed to each individual room. Do not attempt to reset the Chromecast.

All suites have cooking facilities, please note that smoke detectors are highly sensitive and the range hood must be pulled out at all times when cooking. Fire brigade fines may apply if an alarm is triggered.
If your room is fitted with a dishwasher, please ensure you use the correct powder before starting the wash cycle. Dishwasher powder is located under the kitchen sink. Extra packets can be requested from reception.
Please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your room door to ensure your privacy is upheld. Please note your room will not be serviced whilst this sign is in place.

Housekeeping will remove rubbish when your room is serviced.
Please call reception to arrange for any excess rubbish to be removed from your room. Alternatively, a bin is located near the lifts on level 3-6 and in car park on level 1 & 2.

Please remember to take your key with you and ensure you lock all doors and windows when leaving your room. Two sets of room keys are provided upon check-in. Loss of key card or extra keys may incur an additional fee. Identification is required when requesting replacement or additional keys.
Late checkouts are subject to availability. Please check with Reception the morning of your checkout date to confirm the availability. Late check out after this time will attract an additional charge.
All rooms have shared access to washing and drying machines. Single use sachets of laundry detergent are located under the sink in suites or in the cupboard under the television in Spa Rooms. Replacements can be requested from reception. Laundries are not to be used between the hours of 10pm - 6am

A safe is available free of charge in your room. Please follow the instructions located on the safe to setup a personal PIN code. We recommend that you place all valuable items into the safe.
The hotel is fitted with both Smoke & Thermal detectors which are connected to a monitored fire detection system to maximise guest safety. If a smoke alarm is activated open your balcony door and start fanning the detector immediately with whatever you have available such as a pillow/magazine/book. When cleared the detector will automatically reset itself. If a thermal detector is activated, the building goes into immediate evacuation. Guest actions that result in triggering a fire alarm will result in a minimum $1675.00 fine to cover the cost of the call out fee imposed by Fire & Rescue NSW. This includes, but is not limited to, smoke or steam from cooking, steam from showers and aerosols such as deodorants.
The hotel is strictly non-smoking. A Non-Smoking Policy affects ALL areas of the hotel in adherence to model by-laws (which must be adopted) regulating smoke drift. This by-law prohibits smoking anywhere within the hotel (including guest rooms, balconies, stair wells and carparks) or any place where smoke drift could penetrate on to common property.
In agreeing to the hotel terms and conditions upon check in, you have agreed to the non-smoking policy and accept liability for any breaches. Breaches of the policy may result in an immediate fine of $550.00. Plus, extensive recovery fees are applicable for restoring a guest room to a smoke-free condition, including full nightly rate for each night the room is unusable. Further penalties may also be imposed from the Owners Corporation for breach of by-laws which include substantial fines.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. You will find tea, coffee, hot chocolate sachets located in the tea box provided. Contact Front Desk if you require a refill.
Each room is fitted with a telephone. Dial "0" to receive a dial tone, then the number you want to reach. All external calls are automatically recorded on our call accounting system and charged on a per pulse system. Additional costs apply.
Tooth brushes and toothpaste, shaving cream and razors, sewing and vanity kits are provided complimentary from Front Desk.
An alarm clock is located on your bedside table with USB chargers located on the back to connect and charge your phone or you may arrange a wake- up call through Front Desk.
Tap water is safe to drink. NSW Health regulations do not allow us to fill ice trays or water bottles. These items have been provided for your convenience.
Washing bed sheets daily uses a lot of energy, water and detergent. Want to do one of those little things that adds up to helping the environment?
You don't actually need to do anything. But if you do want your sheets change during your stay, just contact reception or leave the "Hello to saving water and energy" card on your bed and housekeeping will replace your linen.
If you do not want your bath towels replaced, just hang them up. But if you do want your towels replaced just leave them on the floor and Housekeeping will replace with fresh towels.
Just another way we are assisting the environment.
Please place recyclables (cardboard, plastic, glass) in the recycle bin provided within your room. Recyclables can also be placed in the bins provided on levels 1 & 2 car parks.
All non-recyclable items place the the garbage.
Both recyclable & non-recyclable items will be collected during room servicing.
