Audible Alarm
Our hotel conducts periodic fire drills for the safety of employees and guests alike. Should a fire drill be scheduled during the time of your stay, the fire alarm testing will be announced prior to the test. Elevator Usage
In case of an emergency, please do not use the elevators. Please take the nearest escape route as laid out on your room's emergency evacuation plan. Please proceed to the hotel's meeting point which is located on the grass area opposite the reception entrance.

Fire
This property is fitted with an advanced fire protection system. In case of fire, please follow the procedures outlined below:-
1) If the fire alarm sounds, please make your way to the nearest fire exit, please do not run and do not use the lifts.
2) Do not telephone Reception, as we may need the lines for Emergency Calls.
3) Assemble at the meeting point as per the evacuation sign located on the inside of your room door.
4) Do not re-enter the building unless you are advised to do so by the Fire Brigade or Management.

Please remember to take your room key with you at all times and ensure you lock all doors and windows when leaving your room for security purposes. Two sets of room keys are available per room.

Laundry Facilities
All rooms have shared access to washing and drying machines. Single use sachets of laundry detergent are located under the sink in suites or in the cupboard under the television in Spa Rooms. Replacements can be requested from reception.

Loss or Damage to Guest Property
Under the Carriers and Innkeepers Act 1958, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in his/her employ. This Liability however: Extends only to the property of guests who have engaged a room for sleeping; Is limited to $100 to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody in which case it is limited to $2000; Does not cover motor vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals. Please ensure your room is secured at all times.

No Party Policy
Our intent as an accommodation provider is for all our guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer. Our ‘no party and no excessive noise’ policy will be strictly enforced. Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in an apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. There will be no warning given. Please contact reception should you experience any other guests causing you discomfort.
